Supporting our vulnerable citizens with digital solutions
Information, Technology & Digital Solutions (IT&D) responded swiftly to identify citizen need and develop new digital tools to coordinate their response in protecting our vulnerable people during the Covid-19 crisis.
In collaboration with Hitachi, IT&D worked closely with the council’s Contact Centre team to ensure the most vulnerable are being protected and supported throughout the pandemic using the Vulnerability Hub tool to deliver essentials such as food and supporting the loneliness.
