Small Business Digital Capability Challenge Fund

Project timeframe: September 2014 - September 2015

The funding will allow us to provide an enhanced, end-to-end, package of innovative business support, targeted specifically at SMEs in order to support them in making the most of the digital revolution. This initiative, 'The Digital Academy' will take SMEs on a journey; providing them with opportunities for new, in-depth, learning. It will drive awareness and up-take of existing support measures and initiatives and will be fully aligned with national programmes that support business to get online and trade online. It will provide a signposting service so that as participants 'graduate' from The Academy they are directed towards continued advice and support programmes, often provided by the private sector. This will all dovetail into the 'Knowledge Bank' being developed as part of the Growth Hub.
