The recent event “Leading the way in digital transformation; Birmingham as a digital city” was a great success, with over 100 people in attendance. The event showcased Birmingham’s journey towards becoming a leading international digital city, bringing together stakeholders and partners who are committed to transforming our city into a hub of digital innovation and inclusive economic growth.
The event was structured around three key themes:
- Digital transformation: The first panel discussion explored the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in Birmingham. Speakers from a variety of sectors shared their experiences of how digital technology is changing the way they work, and how they are using it to improve their businesses and services.
- Inclusive economic growth: The second panel discussion focused on the role of digital technology in inclusive economic growth. Speakers discussed how digital technology can be used to create jobs, improve access to education and healthcare, and reduce poverty.
- Networking opportunities: The event also offered networking opportunities for attendees to connect with other stakeholders and partners in the digital ecosystem.
The event was a great success, and we received positive feedback from attendees. We were particularly pleased to hear that attendees found the event informative and thought-provoking, and that they appreciated the opportunity to network with other stakeholders and partners.
